All payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments. Payment must be received in full before a session is delivered.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final, and no refunds are offered once a reading has been delivered. You may cancel a scheduled session before work has begun, but no refunds will be issued after delivery.

5. Confidentiality

Your personal information and the content of your reading will remain private and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability
